How long is the standard rental period?
The standard rental period is 14 days — enough time to pack, move and get settled before the totes are due back.
Can I keep the boxes longer?
Yes. Request a 7-day extension at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup, and we'll confirm it subject to availability. An extra week runs $39 for the 20-tote package up to $79 for the 60-tote package.
How much advance notice do you need?
We ask for at least 24 hours of advance notice so we can schedule your delivery. Need delivery within 24 hours? Contact us before booking. Short-notice requests are subject to availability and approval.
Is delivery included?
Yes, when both addresses are within Herriman, Riverton, Bluffdale, South Jordan, West Jordan, Sandy, Draper or Lehi. They can be in different included cities. If either address is outside these cities, contact us for a quote before payment or booking confirmation — additional delivery and pickup fees may apply.
Do you require a security deposit?
No. Better Box Rentals does not require a security deposit, and payment is collected in full when you complete your rental order.
What happens when my rental period ends?
You'll get automated reminders before your return is due, then simply follow the return instructions provided with your order.
